With a hand-carved surface inspired by prehistoric knapped flints, The Arrowhead Vessel is designed to hold your cup of tea, morning espresso or favourite pebble collection.
 
The Arrowhead Vessel is pinched out from a ball of speckled clay and built up with coils until a pleasant depth is found. After building, the vessel is left to dry a little until it has turned leatherhard, at which point it is carefully carved into by hand. This allows each vessel to be unique in appearance and personality from the next. The interior of the cup is glazed with glossy tin white glaze for foodsafety, whilst the exterior is glazed with a creamy matt glaze that breaks and pools over the rustic surface texture.
